Today, I’m thrilled to announce that BetterCloud was named to G2’s Best Software for 2022 list.
Last year, we had both our position as a market leader and approach to SaaS management validated by analyst firms like Gartner and Forrester, and we were honored by the recognition. What makes this recognition from G2 so unique is that it’s based on feedback we received from actual IT professionals that have used the platform, engaged with our team, and seen the value that we can deliver.
When I started the company in 2011, I knew that our success depended largely on our ability to consistently delight our customers. In the 11 years since, everyone at BetterCloud has dedicated countless hours to understanding our customers’ biggest challenges, gathering their feedback, and ultimately developing the all-in-one SaaS management platform that they told us they needed.
How BetterCloud stacks up
G2 uses a combination of Satisfaction and Market Presence scores to rank software companies on its platform. From there, the Top 100 companies are ranked based on reviews they received across all categories they’re a part of.
Last year, an overwhelming number of verified BetterCloud customers left us reviews on G2’s platform and named us a leader across six product categories. As a result, we received recognition in two categories of G2’s Best Software lists, including:
- BetterCloud voted #30 on G2’s list of Best IT Management Products
- BetterCloud voted #16 on G2’s list of Best Security Products
A huge thank you and a renewed commitment to delighting our customers
I spoke with 100 of our customers in 100 days last year in an effort to understand their biggest challenges and get their feedback on how we can improve the product. I’ve heard time and time again that BetterCloud has become an essential part of the puzzle for modern IT organizations looking to transform their employee experience, maximize operational efficiency, and centralize data protection for a rapidly growing SaaS portfolio.
As I sat down to write this article, I spent some time reading some of the reviews we’ve received in recent months on G2’s platform—and I was amazed by what I saw.
Above are just a few of my favorite examples. You’ll see phrases like “necessary SaaS admin tool,” “seamless,” and “makes my job easier.” Not only does this latest award from G2 confirm that BetterClouders are consistently delighting our customers, but that all cloud-first organizations need an all-in-one SaaS management platform—and most strikingly, that BetterCloud has become the top option for some of the most well-known companies on the planet.
Because this honor was based largely on customer feedback, I’d like to thank each person who took the time to leave us a review on G2. Striving to delight our customers has been part of BetterCloud’s DNA since Day 1, and every product and business decision that we make is in service of that company value. You, our customers, have brought us to where we are today.
That doesn’t mean we plan on resting on our laurels. As we discussed at our Altitude 2021 conference, we’re fully committed to helping our customers extract the maximum value from our product and evolving the platform to help modern IT organizations achieve zero-touch IT today and years into the future.
